honor buddy cannot authorize

hello, i have a due invoice on my account for a gather buddy purchase. but i decided not to buy since i have problems with paypal. but now i cannot get into honorbuddy either which i paid in full before. please cancel the invoice and let me login to honorbuddy. thank you.

p.s. that what i think the problem is anyway. if not please help me out. honorbuddy program gets stuck saying attemting authorization. thanks

You would have to Private Message (P.M.) Bossland for this, since he is the one taking care of the orders, invoices etc.

yeah it stuck because of the unpaid invoice

Usually we say to wait 24-48 hours (he's a busy man )

Sometimes it will be quicker, depending on how large his backlog of requests is.
