Honor boddy launcher error

Hello,

i just bought the bot and installed it but when i click on honorbuddy launcher to launch the game it gives me this error ( The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.

Please any support will be appreciated

2.) look if you have any programs listed here https://www.google.de/url?sa=t&rct=...vKravg-hyBqtdjwpjIv4Dg&bvm=bv.122129774,d.bGg installed

3.) remove/disable your AV or add an exception for hb folder

4.) post full log.
