Honnorbuddy will not open

i when i double click on honor buddy it says it encounters a problem and i get a message "Initialization of honnorbuddy.MainWindow threw and exeption".

iv'e re downloaded Honorbuddy a couple of times with no success, whats the problem?

It appears your Honorbuddy has not been installed correctly. Please try doing a 'clean install' by carefully following the instructions here:

HelpDesk: "Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

You will also want to give one of the startup guides a look. Your choice, text or video:
