Honnorbuddy ERROR

Hello guys, i need some help. when i try to start the honorbuddy i get this error.

"Honorbuddy has encountered a problem.
we are sorry for the inconvenience."

"please tell the bossland gmbH about this problem.
To help improve the software you use. Bossland GmbH is interested in learning about this erroe. We have created a report about the error for you to send to us."

Then i press, "Send Error Report"

then "Preparing the error report." is okey
and the "connecting to server." is okey
then "Transfering report. there is says "(ERR This application has submited too many reports.)"

It hapens just before it is going to connect to my account.

What can i do?

Im on windows 7 64 bit, been working fine til now

you made any changes the last days on your pc?

windows update - update your .net

looks like your net framework got corrupted somehow
you can try to roll back windows on a previous date(that Hb was working)

cant you repair the corrupted file without backtracking?
