Honnor buddy help

ok where do i start basically i need help in using honor buddy setup i have downloaded and extracted files to get it to work and a separate folder for it .however when i go to open the honor buddy application to start the bot no window pops up for the program to work and the launcher exe doesn't work for me either for some reason it starts wow up and no bot is present.i have windows 8.1 currently.
i had windows 7 and it worked fine so i need help to see what the problem is for the start up of honor buddy.

First thing I would try, throw your computer out the window, and then go and grab it, plug it back in, hopefully it's windows 7.
