Holy priest not healing the DPS in party? only myself and tank?

so i have a lvl 17 priest that is holy.
he will heal the tank and myself
but its not healing the dps?

is there a setting i am suppose to change?

lmk if i should post a log.


NVM , it just randomly started working/healing
they must not have been in light of sight or something.
