holy pala problem

Hey , I got the problem that my 69 holy pala going to mops and sometimes he just heal hisselfs all time and he doesnt atack the monster . Happens almost at every mop since I m in nordernd >,<

Edit : right now he is doing nothing at all , just staying around all time .. thats driving me crazy , restarted everything few times already and still he login and just do nothing at all . Also it doesnt matter where I go . I start start and he goes back always to the same point and then he stops doing anything .
