Hoborbuddy key invalid.

I was installing some hb plugins and had to restart honorbuddy. My key was suddenly not there anymore in the log in screen. No problem I just type in the key i thought. But now It says my key is invalid :S.
My key is also not available at the buddy auth portal. ( it never was) So I would like to get some help with this problem please.

if you cant see your key on portal,it means you are not registered using the same email u used in checkout page

Could be. I just want to get some help to get my key back. the auth portal is not an option for me because the email address I used at the time i bought the key ( about 3 years ago) is hacked.
