Highest DPS Paladin CC (Ret) ?

Does anyone know the Paladin CC that provides the best rotation, actually according to Elitist Jerks? because I've tested about 7 Ret CC's without much success.

iLvl: 378
Race: Human
Class: Paladin
Bot: LazyRaider

Yes I've tried a fresh install of Honorbuddy

CLU and Obliv's Singular CCs are great.

I use CLU right now but I did use some persons modified version of singular.. I'm wondering if it was ""Oblivs"" but I can't find it. Maybe I'm blind >_<
