High XP places in Europe?

Hello guys, does anybody know of spots in Europe with XP/Hour rates similar or close to the ones in Central Park or Disney Land? (maybe Disney Land Paris???)

Since a few days I never made more than 20k/h even in big cities like Munich. But I never went faster than bike speed. Unfortunately I missed street parade in Zürich to bot^^

I made a test at Zürich with driving speed, could barley exceed 25k/h...
