High local latency with HB

When I run WoW without HB, latency(local and global) is very small (green)
But when I run WoW with HB - latency(local) is high (red), global latency remains normal.
Because of this problem slows farming. How can I fix this?

Please attach your log, so we can see if something is wrong with your Honorbuddy installation.

Also, the WoWclient will tell you the exact numbers for the 'latency' if you hover over the 'computer' icon in the WoWclient. Please tell us what these numbers are for each case.

I recently have been having this issue.

The latency was around 1000 ms (dont know the exact number)
