High end raid dps

Im a brewmaster monk but i have started dpsing a little bit aswell. i HATE dpsing but the guild wants it. what settings and CC do you guys recommend?

atm im using tyrael with pure rotation. what settings for tyrael should i use. im not sure how to set it up and what custom class do the rest of the monks use.

When in doubt use Tyrael with TuanHA CR then click raid in class config.
