I have been looking into programs that can hide Honorbuddy and other 3rd party programs from being detected (running in the background) I assume thats what blizzard does is check for the 3rd party programs, Does anyone use any programs like spyshelter or cheat engine to hide these programs?

Also if blizzard scans your ram to see if you are using 3rd party programs, wouldent it be safer to just use USB ram instead of internal ram?

Thats not really what ram is, and honorbuddy performs the injection that tools like those provide. Ram is Random Access Memory and is only good while powered on and is extremely fast. You can work around it with a page file / swap on linux, but in contrast it is very very slow as everything in the page file needs to be swapped with RAM contents before it can be used, and hard drives are comparatively slow. As far as any software on your PC would be concerned all that file based pagefile/swap would be seen as additional RAM and subject to the same level of visibility to spyware.
