If you right click the .xml file that the profile is contained in. Then near the top of the profile you should see somewhere

<questorder ignorecheckpoints="False">​

change the False to True.

Should fix it up!​

When you open the file press CTRL and F at the same time and then search for the code i told you to change. It is not that hard mate, just take some time to look.
