Hey ppl help i can't load any profile at HB

I press the button load profile and it does nothing,i tryed to install a new HB client but same thing happens. I tryed with all the bots. Nothing happens. Thanks in advance.

are you selecting a profile to load, using the correct botbase? what you are saying doesnt help anyone in helping you, you need to read how to attach a log and read how to load a profile.
