hey all anyone have this prob when i click "settings & tools" i double click it and nothings pops up but when hover over hb with my mouse on my taskbar i see the settings and tools? any1 know whats wrong....? ty

This happened to me as well, it was after I moved a few Custom Classes to the new install. If you don't add them, HB seems to run fine but adding them messes it up.

mine goes on the task bar but doesnt open it until i double click it

you need to to reinstall , i keep a zipped copy of my current config and cc's profiles , etc etc , and when this happens , i just delete HB and unzip my backup folder

Clear your settings folder and try again
