herb problem！

When you pick a herb for the three time, HONORBUDDY prompts this:

[Gatherbuddy2]: XXXX removed. Reason: can't loot
[Gatherbuddy2]: XXXX removed. Reason: can't loot
[Gatherbuddy2]: Blacklisting current node after 3 failed attempts


Then this herb will be added to the blacklist, once again met will not be collected.
How should this herb be removed in blacklist for a few minutes later, and then again in case you can collect it?

Please help me, please.
