Herb and mining 1-450 or similar?

Hey are there any 1-450 I heard you can use a mining one for both is this true. If it is which one is best?

You'll have to train your skills manually, so it won't be a 'click start' profile.
Dunno if the old profiles still work, you'll have to test it

Due to the shattering there wont be many, if any profiles publically available for the 1-300 part at the moment
