" is not really a good thread title. It should contain a short description about the content of the post.
The post itself should contain a detailled description about the problem, what you already tried to resolve it on your own and it should always have a logfile attached.
Please download latest HB version again and extract it to a new folder. Do not copy over old stuff from older installations and make sure you start it as admin.
