Alright so I just bought a 1 session Honorbuddy thing. I got the email saying I need to log into my account with the username/password sent to me. I never got any of that. I made an account with the username I am currently on but dosent show that I bought a subscription. I try to log into Honorbuddy and it says
Authenticating..
Buddy Sessions: 0/0
-----
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!
Did i just not get a certain email or what?

Okay, did you have any unpaid invoices on the 'shop' account? (The second link provided in that post.)

No I literally just bought the session and when i went to my email to follow the steps it never gave me a username and password so when i hit the link i just registered and made a username and password. So i dont think that the session is linked to this account and that I need the username and password that was supposed to be provided in an email which i never received.

They have changed things up in the way the shop works since I last used it. For one thing, I know they are now assigning names rather than allowing you to chose them.

Check your spam box to see if perchance the mail you were supposed to receive is tucked in there.

If you are unable to locate that email, and unable to get into Bossland GmbH link to check invoices, then your only resort is to post your problem to the Payment Issues forum, and wait for Bossland to respond. He's the only one in the 'front office', and monitors the Payment Issues forum from 9am - 4pm UTC weekdays. He sometimes works weekends, also.
