It always failed looting pokestops, it always fails catching pokemons and then theres a restricted response from the server..? what is happening? i did log out of the account from my phone so unless it needs some hours in between i don't know why this happens.. help?

Same thing happened to me recently. I made a new account and let the other one rest for a little and after a couple hours it was good.
