are you change your location? i have it because i move my location and i have a soft ban to be deban i use a pokestop 5-50 times. so if you can get your pokestop before 5-40 try again it's a soft ban

you are moving your location to fast, you need to wait sometime if you are moving about alot atleast wait 20-30 minz if you are going from say Scotland to USA for example.
