Help with why only 6 day credit?

If i am correct your bot was down for almost a entire month why are we only getting 6 days seems a bit unfair when you took the option to bot with safety away so honestly we should be getting 30 days back or however many days we were down. i have to pay for sub time again after having almost a month wasted. All im asking is to be honest since you rip sub times out of under us we should be getting something in return not more screwed.

They also gave us 10days sometime last week or so. Can't find the post saying where they did it, but I remember seeing it.
So 16days so far.

Which honestly, I'm just glad they do this to begin with.
Most companies don't. Blizzard never gives us time for our accounts when the servers go offline once every week - or when they are having problems with the servers.
