help with vm

i make vm and i start 2 bots evrything was wrok good
then i reinstal vm instal new windows and my fps is 1-10 was aroun 20-50
can anyone help me i most forget somthing
i instal drive vm
7gb ram
1gb gpu
4 cores from i7 6700
