Help with -Use on cooldown- Can it be done?

So I was thinking

When I play my character myself, would it be possible to get DB to use some particular spells on cooldown for me?
The 'Numlock' way is just not good enough (And its annoying to hear my characters 'complain' about skills not being ready yet), and I started to wonder if this was something DB could do also?

So I was playing the character myself, but I ask DB to cast specific skills on cooldown.. Is it possible? and if not, can we get it
