Help with totems in oldroutine

Just spams totems until out of mana.

I know that there are routines for it, but won't work with how everything is set up in 3rd party now,
or at least to my knowledge and would like some help if possible

Really don't feel like having to reroll a new char to get the bot working, and hope there is something simple I can do to fix this?
