Help with Rogue Custom Class

I have been working on this for a few weeks now. I would really appreciate some feedback on things that I could do to speed things up, or make it run more efficiently. My coding is sloppy, I have been learning as I go.

You might want to add some more info, Like, weather its for Lazyraider and Combat bot only. And that its for Sub Rogues.
