Help with registration issue

Dear all,

I already try to sort out this problem but seems there is no way to do that, any one can help?

I purchased a session 3 days ago with another email address but
1. I didnt receive the key through said email acc
2. didnt receive the order information through said email acc
3. I try to register on forum to retrieve the key but didnt receive confirmation mail
4. I try to recover p/w just to see if there any mail can be received through that email acc but didnt receive anything
5. I use another email register this acc and bingo! its worked
6. I wrote several mails regarding double payments(coz I buy another one through this acc) and got no reply to both email acc

please ne one can help

first, thanks for your advice, I did register the same mail shown on check out page at buddy auth portal, but I didnt receive either key or register confirmation mail
also I check like 100 times my spam mail box and dont have any thing there
(the very strange thing is, in last week, I bought 1 euro key and receive hte key with no problem)

I try to write to support team but still get no response, its might be my mail server's problem
