help with my buddyauth account

can you help me out regarding my access with buddyauth. cant seem to login or even ask for password reset . I already send the screenshot to support weeks ago but still no feedback.

I have an issue there as well. When I try to register it tells me that email is already registered, but when I try to reset the password it tells me that there is no account associated with that same email. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
