Help with multiple instance issues...PID Selection

I've looked through the forums and I can't figure this out, but is there a way to select a specific swtor instance? For example I like to run 3 instances of swtor, 2 that I use buddywing on and 1 that I play on. Now if you run buddywing it attaches to the first instance that it sees, and then moves on to the next PID etc... We need a way to select the PID ourselves. If one instance of buddywing freezes up on a particular instance, when I relaunch it, it will try to attach itself to the instance that I play on, and not the one I want it to attach to. Hopefully that makes sense. Even closing out 2 of the instances and relaunching them in isboxer does not fix the issue (somehow they keep the same PID). I have to reboot the entire server to fix the issue, and even then, there is a chance it selects the PID I don't want(and I have vm's other than what I run on isboxer on my 32 cores, so it's a big ordeal to reboot). For now I have been launching them one at a time, then selecting buddywing, keeping the last SWTOR instance for my own use, but if there is an issue where one of the launchers freezes up, I have to restart the computer and start over. Basically killing the small profits I am already getting.

In short, is there a way around this, or a way we can add PID selection ourselves, or add it to a future update?

Thanks in advance, I try not to complain much, but this has been a missing feature slowing me down a lot,
