Help with leveling

The last time I used RB was some years ago. I thought I can come back to the game and start as usual.. well
it seems nothing is like before, not mention the lifetime thing... however

Nothing work and I have no idea what still work and what not. Maybe someone could help me out here.
I'm only looking for leveling up in fates or killing things around.
But it don't work properly (routine and dodge). I playing smn and the only thing the combat bot is spamming is Bio II..

What should I install for Plugins or Botbase for just simple leveling?
