I should note that this only happens when trying to quest, It runs fine when running the grinding bot. Thanks.

Let's start by making certain your dependencies are intact. Please follow the "Repairing it manually" section of this article:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​

After that, let's do a 'clean install', as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If no joy, a fresh log please.

Restarted, Did not help, repaired, applied the and still a no go, Clean uninstall and install still nothing. I ended up uninstalling reinstalling and applying the buddyfix, This seemed to work. It is running now, Thanks for the speedy replies.
