Help with confusing "NOT PAID!"

Hi everyone,
Bought HB for one year then boughe Gb for a month. I then bough GB for lifetime and had 3 sessions of each. Asked Bossland to send me an invoice for an upgrade to get 1 more session of each. i have now decided to wait a bit before paying. the problem is that now I log into hb and it says NOT PAID!
I log on to the website i got an invoice but i don't want it anymore
Easy to fix?
