Hi, Armand4evar, and thanks for the log

Try switching the WoWclient to DX9 mode, and restart the WoWclient. If no joy, please show us a fresh log.

cheers,
chinajade

In the WoWclient, before you log in...
→ hit the "System" button
→ select the "Advanced" tab
→ bottom left column, set the "Graphics API" to DX9
→ save everything
restart the WoWclient

cheers,
chinajade

Hi, Armand4evar,

Sorry you are not off-and-away. This is not a failure mode with which I'm familiar.

Let's try making certain you've all the needed dependencies. This article will walk you through the process:

If still not joy, please attach a fresh log. And, we'll need someone from the regular Support team to have a look.

cheers,
chinajade

no none of that , been on the forums for 4 hours now and doing every single fix possible you and chinajade have told everyone and gone through th elist and the youtube vid
to turn everything into 32bit and still no luck with anything , buddywizzard says it should be good to go but still no luck , fresh installs so many times . ive covered everything

well it is a connection issue at this point. make sure port 5031 is open and if you have a software firewall solution that its not blocking it.

also if you have multiple network adapters enabled, try disabling all except for the one you use to connect to the internet.

only have the one adapter and how do i check on my port 5031 , I am not the best at that sort of Stuff

you can call your ISP and ask them to help you

I have contacted my ISP and waiting for them to see what they can do and find out about the port 5031

ok so i just put it on my laptop and it works on there so it has to be a fault with my computer
