The Class Config window for Singular has a LOGMARK! button -- you will want to use it. Click LOGMARK! when a problem happens to an obvious mark in your log file that is in close proximity to the issue you observed. You can open the Class Config window and click the button while HonorBuddy is running, so it is a very convenient way to mark a point that something happened.
When encountering problems, be sure to run with the following settings:Class Config -> Debugging -> set Debug Output to File
