Help solve the problem with FPS

Hello.
On cards, FPS drops to 10.
The settings are all at a minimum.
How can this be remedied?

Intel Xeon E5-2670 c2 8 core
16 Gb RAM
Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
SSD

no idea if that processor is any good but i can tell you on my laptop it would dip below 10 all the time. maybe the game is too intense for the pc the ram and gpu should be fine i would assume. if you need to there is a way to lower the graphics even lower than the lowest allowed in the game:

I think that problem have a name: Directx9 (32 bits Client). Dont have any plan to create a 64 bits compilation to play with dx11.

I suggest trying a program such as nullparticles and what-not there are some decent ones out there somewhere that can limit what the client can do even beyond the ini config edits.
Also something like this for your shortcuts target line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PathOfExile.exe" -gc 2 -ns -swa --noasync
(This is a standalone client directory path, specifically pay attention to the -gc 2 -ns -swa --noasync
Including a space between " and -)
This should boost your fps significantly, additionally there are data charts online somewhere to specify what individual components work best with 32 bit clients.
