Help!! Significant FPS drop when loading HB (latest ver)

Hi, can anyone explain why i'm getting 120fps on ultra without HB loaded, then load HB and my fps rate drops to 10?
I have tried with Tyrael and Lazyraider Botbases, plus i've also tried a fresh install of HB without any botbases or routines loaded in, I havent even clicked on the 'Start' button.
The issue happens on HB load.
