[Help] Shop.gatherbuddy.de - Not working for me!

Hello!

Well I wanted to buy 30 days GB for my account but it says:

''The username or password you have provided does not match our records.'' -when i try to login to the shop.

My username and password are correct, cuz i can use the password reset option (wich doesn't work btw)
i can login on buddyforum.de (duh) and i can login tot the GB program:

I also can login to http://auth.gatherbuddy.com/

I really hope a mod or admin can help me with this.
