Help~~~ Session expired

Recently my DB always disconnected.
The log shows:

Session is expired
Stop the bot
Bot thread ended, Was this requested?

Then the DB disconnected by itself.
I play HC. One DB disconnestion meams one charactor died.......

Add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus for Db

are you sharing your key?

I didn't share my key.

I added DB as trusted SW of the firewall. This time shows new message.

looks like it has to do with your network/firewall/router ports
