(Help Request) Healing Touch

Where do i edit the feral druid , castin healing touch every single time after it defeated an enemie

For example

Killed a target
Casts healing touch at 95% hp. takes away 35% mana while its not even needed ?
and sometimes he casts twice!! 70% mana leak on stupid healing touch.

Where can i change it to rejuvenation instead of HT.
Or remove the heal after combat mechanism at all?

I already checked Feral-druid combat routine, class setup and settings & tools.
I set healing touch to only cast at 40% hp. even on balance, feral pvp, guardian, restoration
Changed all possible HT's to 40.

Still it keeps casting it under 100% HP.after combat
BS mana leak & time wasting.

Use a different combat routine.

check under class config panel for the settings or use a custom Routine as bambam said

The fact that he heals up after combat isnt that bad at all
But i want to change it from Healing touch to rejuvenation.

Where do i do that ?

you must edit the Routine but if you are not experienced on this is not easy

you can also try another Routine for your Druid,like fpsware's
