[HELP REQUEST] HB update

Hello,
Today launching HB had an issue. It says that there is an update, after clicking "Yes" to update HB it processes the update. When update process ends, it pops again. If selecting option "No" just simply drops an error that there are missing files. Any help?

OnTopic: Fully clean reinstall helped.
