[help]proxy settings for HB update only

Hi, in my area HB's update/download speed is not that fast so I wanna use a proxy for it and only for updating function, HB's other function like navgation or authentication I just want to make it directly connect to the buddy server
I make one proxy setting like the pic, but its not working. Can someone help me with this?
