Help Program keeps crashing

After purchasing a key i quickly downloaded the raw file opened the file put in my session key and it loads up then tells me that Heart Buddy has stopped working Im new to this program but a tutorial would be gradually appreciated for new members like my self

With the update that went out a few days ago I am getting the same problem. Hope it gets patched again soon.

This actually doesn't fix anything, fresh installs and reboots within about 5-10 minutes it just crashes. The recent alterations with GreyMagic seems to have broken something.

Indeed i done same thins install all those Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable didnt fix anything
