HELP!!problem buying the bot!

so i was paying for buddy wing and at the end instead of redirecting me to the receipt page it said failure. I did not get any comfirmation email and i checked my bank account and i got charged for buddy wing twice and one of them says reversal. Any help appreciated. thank you.
