Help plzz??

So I can't seem to start WoW.exe ... I tried using the Repairtool and I'm honestly out of ideas. I am getting the same wowerror every time and as far as I know you can only run HB with the 32bit launcher.. :l never really had to use the 32bit before so don't know if it has worked before. Any ideas? Replys would be awesome
