Ok so i set up HB and im doing pvp. Well my char will Q and wait but if the bg doesn't pop in like 10 min or so he logs out and i get this. "Inactivity timer tripped! Logging out!"

I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds to me like the bot has to do something. If the bot doesn't do anything within ten (or so) minutes it logs out, it's a failsafe.
If your character is leveling, do the mixed mode and find a nice leveling profile, it will queue up - grind or quest - and when the BG pops, it will join. If your character is 80 already, get a money making profile, reputation profile or something of the sort.

Apparently, a lot of people are having this issue.

1) Look in your HB2 installation folder, and you should find a file called StyxSettings.xml.
2) Bring the file up in Notepad
3) Locate the following lines, and change them to something that works for you:

<!--Whether or not we should log out after the bot has detected inactivity.-->
<LogoutForInactivity>True</LogoutForInactivity>
<!--Logs out after X minutes of inactivity.-->
<LogoutInactivityTimer>10</LogoutInactivityTimer>

By the way, this information was in the release notes for HB-1.9.5.7:

ADDITION - InactivityDetector added, can be set to log you out and/or quit wow if stuck for too long. ( configure it in * StyxSettings.xml )​
