OK, you are frustrated after 20 seconds of reading my post then get angry upon not seeing a "log", understandable in this age of nobodygivesfvck. But what about me spent couple hours+ trying to figure things out by digging into threads with 3-400 pages long and then found my answer in the middle of 80ish page? then I came here to point out how the plug-ins not user-friendly and also forumers' "elite" attitude now somehow I am shitting on you?
With $15 a month x 80,000ish customers this is rather shitty service we get, worst than Comcast many times over. Not to mention all accounts will get banned sooner or later by using your "products", speaking from my own experience (lost three D3 accs, two main wow acc in 15 months). you guys always need to know or at least pretend to act like "customer matters" instead of treating us like suckers who eager to pull out wallets and pay you. I bet majority of you are fking Chinese whos notorious in customer service.
Again as I explained all plug-ins I have ever downloaded was un-zipped to a destinated folder, and that's what I did with those two plug-ins, and nowhere on author's main page reflects I MUST NOT un-zip it or there will be problems! A warning or just a simple note on the DL page would save many ppl's headaches. Don't say it works both ways, its not! after I cleared all un-zipped files out then copy-paste zip files in only then those plug-ins function as they should.
Do I care if you ever gonna help me someday? just like what I said in this age of nobodygivesfvck I really don't. Since you don't give a fk of my $15/month why would I give a fk that I need to come back and use any of your service?
