Please replicate the problem using only Honorbuddy-as-shipped, and show us the log from this configuration. Here are the full instructions for a clean install:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

But, you will need to wait a bit before doing the clean install, as its patch day and we must wait for a new working Honorbuddy:
