After looking up the quest and what zone the NPC is in that you turn it in to, that's your first step to isolating the problem. Move to the zone and see if it works. ;)

I think I'm having a similar problem..

I'm new to Rebornbuddy (have used hb,db, etc) for years.

At the moment i'm leveling a char, its lvl15 in Thanalan, using Uldag_1-15 at the moment.

Please attach the full log. Not sure why it's standing there checking your gear every 15s, but it's likely idling for a reason.

It is attempting to verify that you have completed each of the call of the sea quests. And to start the quest beauty is only scalp deep.

If you take a look at this page, and verify each of the pre-requisites are done, then navigate to the quest provider (as listed on the page) it should start up again for you.

Also, just to verify, you have all four files in the quest directory right? Limsa/Uldah/Gridania 1 - 15, AND the Main Scenario 15 - 50? The other error it threw in there was that it could not load the Uldah 1 - 15 file.
