This is the issue im having now with the bot, ive tried having wow open before i load the bot, and after, so clue why its happening and there is no log for this.

Upgrade to the latest version of HB, which is 4564 and you should be golden.

Start WOW, log into your account, log into the toon you want to bot on, then open Honorbuddy. If you are just sitting at your main screen that shows the list of your toons then Honorbuddy will fail to connect.

^You can actually start the Honorbuddy program prior to opening WoW or selecting a character. You just have to be fully logged into WoW before logging into HB. But that's neither/nor. Your problem is related to not having the latest version. With Patch 4.1, prior versions of HB will not attach to the WoW process.
